Inherent in each Eagle Array system is the low cost of installation and ongoing maintenance. Hardware and software installation are designed to have minimal disruption of plant operations and facility integration costs are minimal.

Purchase or Lease: The Eagle Array system can be purchased or leased through short or long-term contracts. Equipment and monitoring software can be bundled or managed independently. All hardware under maintenance agreements are exchanged at no cost.

Process monitoring improvements are realized immediately after each installation. Higher efficiency of returns are experienced on infrastructure investments.

Eagle Array product benefits, such as personnel productivity improvements and the reduction of safety risks, will protect the plant’s investment over the lifespan of the Eagle Arrays. Over time, cost reductions associated with the elimination of scaffolding, inspection crew dispatching cost reductions and the value of early problem detection are realized.

End users of Eagle Arrays are interested in, among other things, increasing productivity, which has measurable value in revenue, lower operating and inspection costs and personnel safety. Costs incurred through excessive manual inspections are important to include when building a business case for future budgets.

Inspection costs are far reaching, affecting not only the direct user, but also the entire organization, from those who provide direct support to the mechanical integrity management program to those who must work around the program. Dramatic cost savings are realized through the strategic positioning of Eagle Array sensors throughout the facility.
